We will respond to a request for deletion without unnecessary delay within one month of receiving such a request. Nordicspin may extend the time limit to respond to requests in special circumstances.

The right to access: You have the right to access your personal data:

We, Nordicspin, analyses the risks presented by the services provided, and use this to assess the appropriate level of security that we must implement to ensure the best experience for you. We ensure that we regularly review our information security policy and, if necessary, we improve it. We understand the requirements for privacy.

9.0 Personal data breach
We honor our obligation to report certain types of personal data breach to the relevant supervisory authority. We do this within 72 hours after becoming aware of the violation or noticing it, where possible.
If a security breach causes an unauthorized infringement of our system that significantly affects you or persons in your system or those who hold an account with us, we will notify you in accordance with Art. 33 by the GDPR and do our best to eliminate all possible damage.
10.0 Do Not Track
Most modern browsers allow you to send a track not signal to the sites you visit, indicating that you do not want to be tracked. However, there is no established standard for how a website should react to this signal, and we take no action in response to this signal. Instead, you can manage the use and collection of certain information in Google Analytics.
